Peter Larson is an associate attorney at Raimondo & Sundquist, LLP, where he represents individuals and families throughout Western New York in estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate, guardianship, elder law, and corporate matters. Having practiced law in New York for more than a decade, Peter is known for his thoughtful approach, practical guidance, and commitment to helping clients.
Before joining Raimondo & Sundquist, Peter served as Assistant Social Services Attorney for the Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene and Social Services, where he handled a wide range of family court, guardianship, and social services matters. His experience representing vulnerable individuals and families provided him with valuable insight into the legal and personal challenges clients often face during the most difficult periods in their lives.
Earlier in his career, Peter served as an Assistant Chautauqua County Public Defender, representing clients in criminal and family-related proceedings, and as Corporation Counsel for the City of Jamestown. These roles allowed him to develop substantial courtroom experience while strengthening his ability to advocate effectively across a broad range of legal matters.
Today, Peter’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate transactions, adoptions, and guardianships. Drawing on experience gained in both public service and private practice, he approaches each matter with empathy, honesty, and a practical mindset while remaining a dedicated advocate for his clients’ interests.
Outside of the office, Peter is active in the Jamestown, NY community. He participates in productions at the Lucille Ball Little Theatre of Jamestown, sings with the Chautauqua Chamber Singers, and is a member of First Lutheran Church in Jamestown.
